How Our Warranty Works
If you notice any issues with your product when you receive it, please email us at support@belmilk.com with a photo. Our Customer Care team will respond quickly, typically within 1–2 business days, to resolve the situation.
FREE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
We offer 30-day returns, excluding customized products. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will replace your product at no additional cost.
6-Month Standard Warranty
We offer a 6-month standard warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects or faults. If your product has any issues due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge.
Shipping Costs
Replacement shipping is on us! Free standard shipping is included!
Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, purchases made from third-party sellers (non-belmilk retailers) damage caused to devices, lost or stolen items, bulk orders, promotional or sale items.
