At belmilk, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

You can return your non-customized items within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Please note, customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a manufacturer’s defect.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us immediately, and we’ll make it right.

How to Request a Return

To start the return process, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@belmilk.com. In your email, include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue or reason for the return
  • Clear photos of the defective or incorrect item (if applicable)

Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be in unused and unworn condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened and used products will not be accepted for return.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we have received the returned item and confirmed its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or process an exchange (if requested and stock is available).

Please note that return postage charges are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

Exceptions

  • Customized products: These are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Sale or discounted items: Return policies for sale or discounted items may vary and will be stated at the time of purchase.

Packaging and Shipping

Please ensure that the returned item is carefully packaged to avoid damage during transit. Write “RETURNED ITEM” on the packaging to avoid any misunderstandings in processing your return.
